新华社喀布尔2月27日电（记者李昂）阿富汗政府副发言人哈姆杜拉·菲特拉特27日晚间在社交媒体上发文称，巴基斯坦军方再次袭击阿富汗东部霍斯特省和帕克提卡省的居民区，造成至少19名平民死亡、26人受伤。该官员说，伤亡者大多数是妇女和儿童。
