1.2月28日至3月3日鄂尔多斯至呼和浩特东加开C4498次列车。
2.2月28日至3月3日呼和浩特东至鄂尔多斯加开C4495次、鄂尔多斯至呼和浩特东加开C4496次、呼和浩特东至鄂尔多斯加开C4497次列车。
