（3）2月27日（报道），菏泽曹县铂悦壹号院二期，新房楼板开裂，开发商负责人承诺可以进行第三方鉴定维修处理，但业主要求的赔偿损失无法满足。业主：不需要赔偿，只想退房。开发商负责人表示退房只能走法律程序，双方未能达成一致！
