格隆汇2月27日丨梦金园(02585.HK)公告，根据集团截至2025年12月31日止年度(「2025年度」)未经审核综合管理账目所作之初步审阅以及其他董事会目前可得资料，集团预期于2025年度录得：
(i)收益介乎人民币19,720百万元至人民币22,770百万元，较截至2024年12月31日止年度(「2024年度」)人民币19,713百万元,增加约0%至16%；
(ii)海外收益介乎人民币307百万元至人民币374百万元，较2024年度人民币140百万元,增加约119%至167%；
(iii)公司净利润介乎人民币9100万元至人民币1.11亿元，较2024年度人民币2.01亿元,减少约45%至55%；及
(iv)公司拥有人应占年内盈利介乎人民币77百万元至人民币94百万元，较2024年度人民币189百万元,减少约50%至59%。
