2月26日，国家金融监督管理总局四川监管局核准王成任四川天府银行行长，原行长钟辉于2025年9月转任副董事长。王成拥有30年银行从业经验，其任职资格获批为银行战略转型奠定组织基础。2024年该行增资扩股后，国有资本控股比例升至71.29%，正推进数字化转型。
