格隆汇2月27日丨周大福创建(00659.HK)宣布，根据债券的条款及条件第8(C)项条件(赎回、购买及注销－发行人选择赎回)，公司已于2026年2月27日向债券持有人发出通告，表示其将于选择日(即2026年4月18日)按本金额连同截至选择日(但不包括该日)的应计但未付利息(如有)赎回于该日仍未偿还的全部(而非仅部分)债券(「余下可换股债券」)。
