2月27日，中科飞测（688361）发布公告，2025年度业绩快报显示，公司实现营业总收入20.53亿元，同比增长48.75%；归母净利润为5771万元，较上年同期的-1153万元实现扭亏为盈。归母净利润扣除非经常性损益后为-1.22亿元。
公司表示，营业收入的增长主要得益于核心技术的突破及产品的迭代升级，推动了订单规模及营收的持续增长。此外，公司的规模效应逐步显现，研发投入稳步增长但占营业收入的比例有所下降，从而提升了盈利水平。
