因元宵节文艺展演活动需要，2026年3月03日（正月十五，周二）上午7：00至11：30，东营交警将对胜利大街（运河路至新世纪广场）及新世纪广场东西两侧道路进行交通管制。请行驶该路段的车辆提前规划绕行路线，因管制造成的不便敬请谅解。
