2月27日，上海合晶（688584）发布公告，2025年度业绩快报显示，公司实现营业总收入13.11亿元，同比增长18.27%；归母净利润为1.25亿元，同比增长3.78%。
公告指出，报告期内，全球半导体市场复苏，推动了公司下游功率器件和模拟芯片市场的回暖，外延片需求增加，客户库存回归合理，产品销量提升，产能利用率保持高位。
