财联社2月27日电，农业种植概念震荡拉升，亚盛集团涨停，登海种业、康农种业、农发种业、北大荒跟涨。消息面上，财政部等三部门发布《关于“十五五”期间种子种源进口税收优惠政策的通知》。其中提出，今年起至2030年底，对进口种子种源等免征进口环节增值税。
