2月26日，沧州市司法局网站“机构职能”版块“领导介绍”专栏更新显示，陈志宏同志出任市委政法委员会委员，市司法局党组书记，市戒毒所第一政委、一级调研员。
官媒公开信息显示，陈志宏此前为沧州市妇联主席、党组书记。
据悉，此前担任沧州市司法局党组书记、局长的是王鹏。
