近日，成都康弘药业集团股份有限公司申报的KHN707片临床试验申请获得国家药品监督管理局批准。
KHN707片是康弘药业自主研发的选择性食欲素2(OX2R）受体拮抗剂，适应症为失眠症，属于化药1类创新药，剂型为片剂。前期已完成的研究结果显示KHN707片安全性较好，且在失眠模型中具有良好的治疗作用，预期临床应用前景较好。（潘欢欢 文/图）
