中国通号（688009/03969）发布公告，公司于2026年2月26日召开董事会，决定聘任董宝良为公司总裁，并提名其为公司执行董事，任期自股东会选举产生之日起至第四届董事会任期届满。若董宝良被股东会选举为董事，将补选其为公司战略与投资委员会委员及质量安全委员会委员，任期至第四届董事会任期届满。
2025年前三季度，中国通号实现收入218.42亿元，归母净利润22.84亿元。
