格隆汇2月26日｜礼来公司表示，在2型糖尿病试验中，其口服GLP-1药物Orforglipron在血糖控制和减重方面均优于诺和诺德的口服司美格鲁肽。已向40余个国家监管机构提交Orforglipron的申请，预计2026年第二季度将在美国启动肥胖症适应症审批程序。ORforglipron在关键心血管风险因素方面较基线显示出具有临床意义的改善。
