格隆汇2月26日丨新诺威(300765.SZ)公布，为优化资产结构，提高资产运营效率，石药创新制药股份有限公司（简称“石药创新”或“公司”）于2026年2月25日与石药控股集团有限公司（简称“石药控股”）签署了《股份转让协议》，拟将公司持有的北京国新汇金股份有限公司（简称“国新汇金”）30.0704%股份以人民币2.3亿元的价格转让给石药控股。
