人民财讯2月26日电，维尔利(300190)2月26日公告，于近日收到董事长李月中递交的书面辞职报告，李月中申请辞去公司董事长职务。公司于2026年2月26日召开第六届董事会第八次会议，选举李遥为公司董事长，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至公司第六届董事会届满之日止。
