离婚两年多了，没告诉父母，房子产权归我，当时他说继续住在这里，我也答应了。本想哄他顺利拿到房子，孩子也还小，可是这两年他把家当旅馆，严重影响了我的生活。
我让他搬出去，他就拿当时的话来压我，说是因为我答应让他住，才把房子给我的。我没拿到他婚内出轨的确切证据，他现在抵死不认，还说我是捞女，父母也不会帮我（他父母住附近帮着带孩子）。
