财联社2月25日电，香港特区政府财政司司长陈茂波在立法会发表2026至2027财政年度政府财政预算案。陈茂波表示，为优化营商环境及方便企业进行内部重组，建议放宽集团内部资产转让的印花税宽免准则，以扩大合资格的关联法人团体范围。香港特区政府将于年内提交条例修订草案，有关建议适用于即日起签订的文书。
