2月23日拍摄的淮河入海水道二期滨海枢纽局通水河道一角。目前，淮河入海水道二期滨海枢纽主体项目之一的南、北船闸完成验收，总渠南堤公路桥建成通车，“水上立交”所有河道都实现通水，通航在即。淮河入海水道二期位于江苏省盐城市滨海县入海水道与通榆河交汇处，2022年7月30日开工建设。
