伊朗外长阿拉格齐当地时间2月22日在接受采访时表示，伊朗与美国就伊朗核计划达成外交解决方案“仍然在可行范围内”。 阿拉格齐表示，伊朗正在起草一份提案，准备提交给美方。
阿拉格齐同时强调，伊朗拥有和平利用核能的权利，如果美国攻击伊朗，伊朗予以反击合理合法。
