太原市“有奖发票”试点活动自2月10日启动以来，市民参与热情持续攀升。有奖发票试点活动期间，凡是在太原市行政区域内零售、餐饮、住宿、文化艺术、旅游、娱乐、体育、居民服务等8大行业（包括汽车销售）消费的个人消费者均可参与。此次活动不受户籍限制，来并旅游、探亲、开展商务活动的临时消费者同样享有平等参与权。
