河南平顶山市郏县茨芭镇人民政府2月21日发布情况通报：
2026年2月19日19时40分，郏县茨芭镇杨某与丁某洛因电动二轮车碰撞引发口角。杨某儿子刘某飞、儿媳韩某娜到达现场后，对丁某洛同行的姐姐丁某乐及现场人员郭某、张某凡、薛某源进行辱骂、殴打。
目前，公安机关已对犯罪嫌疑人刘某飞、韩某娜采取刑事强制措施。案件正在进一步办理中。
