去年末美国经济增速慢于预期，主要受消费支出和贸易拖累。
根据周五公布的政府初步估算，第四季度经通胀调整后的国内生产总值折年率增长1.4%，而此前一个季度增幅为4.4%。美国经济分析局数据显示，去年整体经济增长率为2.2%。
上季度经济表现疲软，恰逢美国政府在该三个月期间内近半时间处于停摆状态。
