财联社2月19日电，哥伦比亚能源部当地时间2月19日发表声明宣布，哥伦比亚已成为国际能源署（IEA）正式成员国。哥能源部表示，哥伦比亚于2021年启动加入国际能源署的进程，是该组织第33个成员国。
