春节期间，不少在外务工人员返乡过年。泗洪县2月19日至21日举办专场招聘会，让人才在本地就业，把“返乡”变“留乡”。据当地人社部门介绍，本次招聘会共组织170家用人单位，涉及机械、电子、服装等多个行业，提供6580余个就业岗位。
