财联社2月17日电，据俄罗斯方面消息，俄罗斯代表团计划格林尼治时间当天11时（北京时间19时）后在瑞士日内瓦开始与美国和乌克兰的新一轮三方会谈。消息人士称，本次三方会谈计划讨论解决乌克兰问题的关键因素，包括军事、政治和人道主义等领域。会谈将持续多久目前不得而知。在俄美乌会谈期间，俄罗斯与乌克兰有可能进行双边接触。 (央视新闻)
