2月15日，装载33000吨氯化钾化肥的“绿麦1”轮顺利靠泊青岛港大港码头，正式开启卸货作业。此时正值中国马年春节假期，同时也是春耕备耕关键时节。为保障船舶安全靠泊卸货，青岛海事局提前部署，全程值守，以高效精准的海事监管和服务，为船舶安全靠泊、货物平稳装卸保驾护航。
