2月16日，中泰期货（01461）发布公告，董事会宣布吕祥友因工作调整辞任本公司董事长、执行董事及董事会战略发展委员会主席职务，辞任自2026年2月14日起生效。
同时，董事会于2026年2月14日通过选举周顺远为新任董事长，任期自2026年2月14日起至第四届董事会任期届满。此外，周顺远还被选举为董事会战略发展委员会主席及委员，任期同样自2026年2月14日起至第四届董事会届满。
