近日，中国证监会官网公布的文件显示，智谱已聘请国泰海通证券、中金公司为其在上海证券交易所科创板上市的辅导机构。此前，智谱于2026年1月8日在港交所挂牌上市，由中金公司独家保荐。截至2月13日，智谱每股收报485.0港元，较IPO发行价(116.2港元)涨超300%，目前市值约2162.34亿港元。
