财联社2月15日电，加拿大已正式加入欧盟“欧洲安全行动”计划。加拿大成为首个参与该计划的非欧洲国家。欧盟理事会去年5月正式批准设立“欧洲安全行动”工具，为成员国采购安全与防务武器装备提供总额达1500亿欧元的金融支持。
