传统以观光为核心的“旅游”模式,正加速向以体验和放松为内核的“休闲度假”模式演进。“休闲+文旅”的深度融合,已成为推动行业高质量发展的核心路径。这一转变不仅反映了市场需求的变迁,更对文旅项目的开发运营提出了全新要求:如何超越简单的景点堆砌,打造一个能让游客真正“栖居”身心、获得深度放松与高品质体验的目的地。

一、深刻变迁:休闲+文旅融合的三大核心趋势

理解当前趋势,是精准构建产品体系的前提。休闲文旅的发展正呈现以下显著特征:

This transformation not only reflects the changes in market demands but also poses new requirements for the development and operation of cultural tourism projects: how to go beyond the simple accumulation of scenic spots and create a destination where tourists can truly "reside" their bodies and minds and obtain deep relaxation and high-quality experiences.

1. Deep Changes: Three Core Trends of the Integration of Leisure and Cultural Tourism
