财联社2月15日电，中央气象台2月15日06时继续发布大风蓝色预警：预计，2月15日08时至16日08时，内蒙古中东部、黑龙江中东部、辽宁、华北东部和南部、黄淮、江淮、江汉东部、江南北部等地有5级左右平均风、阵风6~8级；黄海大部海域将有5～7级、阵风8级的东北风。
