桐城公安近日连续查处两起阻碍执行职务案件，依法行政拘留2人，坚决维护执法权威。两起案件中，违法行为人分别对出警民警、辅警实施踢打、殴打行为，均被依据《治安管理处罚法》予以行政拘留五日，目前已执行到位。
