2月13日，河南郑州一24岁女孩骑车时遭遇“开门杀”，被突然打开的车门撞倒，头部着地，当场神志不清。医生诊断：脑部出血量达15ml，有致死致残风险。据了解，事发时女孩未佩戴头盔。
