TCL中环公告称，2026年1月24日，其控股子公司Maxeon的全资子公司SPT拟向胜宏科技孙公司MFSS出售马来西亚全资子公司SPMY100%股权，交易总对价不超5100万美元。2月13日，该交易已完成全部交割工作，SPMY不再纳入公司及Maxeon合并报表范围。
