罗欣药业2月13日公告，公司拟以6756.052万元受让成都得怡欣华股权投资合伙企业（有限合伙）持有的罗欣健康科技（北京）有限公司（简称“北京健康”）19.0526%股权，交易完成后，公司对北京健康持股比例将由80.9474%升至100%。
