2月13日，冀中能源（000937）发布公告，股东冀中能源邯郸矿业集团有限公司解除质押股份3801万股，占其所持股份的15.63%及公司总股本的1.08%；同时办理质押股份4588万股，占其所持股份的18.86%及公司总股本的1.30%。
截至公告披露日，邯矿集团的累计质押1.19亿股，占其所持股份的49.11%，占公司总股本的3.38%。
2025年前三季度，冀中能源实现收入106.57亿元，归母净利润4.07亿元。
