2月13日，锦龙股份（000712）发布公告，因工作调整，公司与董事、副总经理罗序浩经友好协商一致，双方拟解除劳动合同。公司董事会同意按照相关法律法规向罗序浩支付经济补偿及其他费用合计不超过100万元，构成关联交易。
