2月13日，平安银行（000001）发布公告，本行拟于2026年3月9日赎回2016年3月非公开发行的2亿股优先股。
据悉，本行拟赎回全部2亿股本次优先股，每股面值100元，总规模为200亿元。本次优先股的赎回价格为优先股的票面金额100元/股加当期应付股息4.37元/股。
