中国石化2月13日公告，公司董事会当天收到李永林的辞职报告，李永林为中国石化执行董事、高级副总裁，原定任期至2027年6月，现因工作调整辞去中国石化执行董事、董事会战略委员会委员以及高级副总裁职务。李永林离任后将不在中国石化及其子公司任职，亦不存在未履行完毕的公开承诺。
