根据气象信息，琼州海峡2月14日凌晨至上午可能出现大雾天气，届时海口新海港、秀英港和铁路南港有可能因雾停运。
为维护过海秩序，减少拥堵，请有过海需求的司机旅客严格遵守预约过海制度。停运期间，港口将关闭各入港通道，所有旅客和车辆请勿前往港口。
