格隆汇2月13日｜日本央行审议委员田村直树：我认为过去加息对日本经济的影响非常有限。即使日本央行进一步提高政策利率，货币环境仍将保持宽松。我一直认为日本的中性利率至少在1%左右，但要注意的是，衡量方法不同则估值也会存在差异。
