2月12日，国航远洋（920571）发布公告，公司通过全资子公司Century Maritime Limited与Armonikos Shipping Corporation签署船舶买卖协议，交易金额为2.45亿元。
此次购置的船舶为一艘CAPE型干散货船，注册于塞浦路斯，建造于2012年，船名为MICHALISH，总吨位为94,710，载重吨为18万吨。
公司表示，此次交易旨在扩大运力规模和提升资产运营效率，优化船队结构，增强公司市场竞争力与盈利能力。
2025年前三季度，国航远洋实现收入6.93亿元，归母净利润21万元。
