中石化炼化工程（02386）发布公告，董事会宣布，香港联合交易所上市委员会已批准中国石油集团持有的2.2亿股内资股转换为H股，并于2026年2月12日完成转换。这些经转换的H股将于2026年2月13日上午九时正开始在香港联合交易所上市。
