成大生物公告，公司第五届董事会第二十七次会议审议通过《关于选举公司第五届董事会联席董事长的议案》，同意选举徐飚先生为公司第五届董事会联席董事长，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第五届董事会任期届满之日止。徐飚先生担任联席董事长期间，仍兼任公司董事及战略委员会委员职务。
