2月12日，天禄科技（301045）发布公告，控股子公司安徽吉光新材料有限公司近日收到一笔政府补助资金，金额为432万元。
此次补助将计入当期损益，预计将增加公司2026年度的利润总额。具体影响金额及相关会计处理需以年度审计机构的审计结果为准。
2025年前三季度，天禄科技实现收入4.47亿元，归母净利润2527万元。
