2月12日，海汽集团（603069）发布公告，公司第二大股东海南高速公路股份有限公司计划通过集中竞价方式增持公司股份，以银行信贷资金和自有资金择机增持公司股份，增持金额不低于4000万元且不超过5000万元，实施期限为自公告之日起至2026年12月31日。
2025年前三季度，海汽集团实现收入4.89亿元，归母净利润-4811万元。
