摩根士丹利当地时间2月11日向美国证监会提交文件称，将首席执行官泰德·皮克（Ted Pick）2025年薪酬提高至4500万美元。
文件显示，皮克四分之三的奖金将分三年递延发放，所有递延的激励措施都将以股权奖励形式发放。2024年是皮克执掌该行的第一年，他获得3400万美元薪酬。
