根据亚利桑那州公共安全部的消息，周四早晨在凤凰城北部发生的一起事故中，一名行人受了重伤。
公共安全部表示，行人与车辆发生碰撞，时间是早上5:15，地点位于101号环路的35大道入口。
受伤的行人被送往医院，伤势严重。
西向入口的通行已关闭。
