津荣天宇(300988)2月11日公告，公司于近日与北京上河动量私募基金管理有限公司（简称“上河动量”）签署了《嘉兴上河禹航股权投资合伙企业（有限合伙）合伙协议》。嘉兴上河禹航股权投资合伙企业（有限合伙）（简称“上河禹航”）目标认缴规模为6015万元，公司作为有限合伙人以自有资金3000万元认购合伙企业49.88%的基金份额。
